Faithful prayer when faced with a crisis is what our homes need right now. For we are all engulfed with calamity at this moment. Each of us have witnessed some sort of difficult situation in their lives at one point or another.

It has shaken our personal lives and public lives to the very core. Panic , uncertainties, and sadness can creep in during such a time as this.

The uncertainty of what the future holds for each of us remains unknown. But as a child of God , I know Jesus is all I have and all I need . God is not surprised by these events and doesn’t lose control in such crucial times.

This quote by C. S. Lewis “Life with God is not immunity from difficulties, but peace in difficulties.” sums our situation completely.

Peace when faced with a crisis can only be truly experienced by a believer who is rooted and built in Christ.

I prayed this prayer with my family today and was reassured by God of His constant presence and I wanted to share it with you.

Prayer when faced with a crisis :

Pass us not during this time of our greatest need. We lift up our eyes into the hills, for our help comes from the Lord .

Father God, you are our refuge, our shelter, and our Savior.

Way Maker, our lives have come to a standstill. Make a way for us during this time of crisis.

We are crying to You in our time of distress. Deliver us from the plague that has engulfed our nation.

Our Great Physician be our balm and restore our health. Draw us close to you and do not pass us by.

Forgive us of our private sins, the sins of our household, and the iniquities of our land.

Heal us from this calamity and shower upon us grace, forgiveness, peace, and stability.

We declare that Jesus is the name above all other names. May Thy powerful name be the only name we utter in our personal lives, family life, work, schools, and in this world.

Lord Jesus, You are greater than this invisible enemy and calamity that has come upon us.

Stretch out your mighty and saving arm so that we can cross this mountain that is before us.

You created this world and gave us breath. Have mercy on your people today who are suffering today.

When our hearts are anxious and overwhelmed, lead us and place us upon the Rock that is higher than all.

Search us , know our hearts hear our cries , wipe our tears, heal our land , and help us to soar high like eagles.

I AM THAT I AM open the doors of Heaven and send us deliverance from the crisis that we are facing in this world right now

We pray for our leaders for wisdom, our first responders for extra strength and good health. Bless all those who have risked their lives to serve humanity.

Jesus, Savior of the world, remember us and turn not Thy face from us. Do not pass us by.

Hug us and comfort us as we stay away from our loved ones, many whom we cannot even meet.

Send us our daily manna and attend to our prayers.

Be our witness as we witness about Your saving name to our generations.

Who do we have besides You , ABBA Father?

Lift our spirits, strengthen our feet, help us to stand firm in our faith, and seek You diligently.

In the matchless and healing name of Christ our Lord

Reader, how blessed it is as years roll round, and the leaves begin again to fall, to enjoy such an unfading promise as this, “The Lord will give grace.”
