Is God enough when I crave love from my loved ones and feel abandoned? Yes, God is enough

Is God sufficient as I experience loneliness in my relationships? He is !

Is God enough as my marriage is about to fall apart and cancer threatens to take my loved one away,

Is He enough in the financial struggles, barrenness, empty nest, illnesses?

In the highest order is God, and He, Himself created relationships, community, food, air, and this world for us to live, labor, and enjoy.

These things fulfil our basic needs, but there is something God wants us to learn when they fail to be enough for us –

Christ is our GREATEST NEED. He is more than enough !!

Here are 15 Encouraging Verses to remind God is enough for us  even when your world seems to fall apart, God is enough because :

1.GOD IS OUR HOME

Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Refuge means abode. Home is where we find our shelter and our rest.

Lord, even when I feel my earthly home is about to break down, in You I will find my peace and my Heavenly Home.

2. GOD VALUES ME MORE THAN THE BIRDS

Matthew 6: 26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

Father we thank you that our times are in your Good Hands. Thank you for giving us this life today and enough health. We place our unknown future to the ONE who values us more than the birds.

3. WHAT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME IS POSSIBLE WITH GOD

Luke 1 :35 For with God nothing shall be impossible.

Jesus, we can only see impossibilities in front of us. They stare like those immoveable mountains that just won’t move. Amidst just crisis, help us to always remember that with God all things are possible.

4. THE GOOD SHEPHERD SAVES 

John 10: 11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd gives his life for the sheep.

O Preserver of our life, the devil wants to steal our joy and destroy our marriage and family. But we thank you that You are our Good shepherd. Lead us beside the calm waters and fill us from peace when we worry. While the enemy wants to kill us , You want to revive us back to life. Amen

5. CHRIST IS ENOUGH TO CARRY ME

1 Peter 5: 7 Casting all your care upon him; for He careth for you

Cast means to throw the net into the deepest sea like the fishermen.

Lord Jesus help us to cast our anxieties onto You right now. Family dramas, health issues, and many other days keep us agitated and worried all the time. Remind us once again that YOU deeply care for us and will carry our burdens for us.

6. GOD IS INFINITELY ABLE

Ephesians 3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,

Every good thing that You have promised us through thy Holy Word, we believe Lord Jesus that you are more than able to fulfill them for us. Our finite minds cannot comprehend the situation that we are in right now, but more than we can ever fathom you will superabundantly above the greatest abundance will provide for us.

7. GOD IS ALWAYS WITH ME

Joshua 1:9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

Father, you have asked us to be conquerors, bold and warriors n this world when we face our giants. Thank you for continually encouraging us that Your Presence is more than enough when we face fearful times and discouragement.

8. THE MIGHTY ONE WILL SAVE

Zephaniah 3:17 The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

Lord God, through You we experience restoration. You will gather those who were humiliated, broken, and condemned; and treat us with great honor. Your love is more than enough than any other human love.Amen!

9. LORD SHALL MEET OUR NEEDS :

Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Lord, I know that you are prayer answering Redeemer. Please fulfill the utmost need of my reader friend in all their circumstances of necessity right now according to your abundant fullness.

10. HIS GRACE IS ENOUGH

2 Corinthians 12 :9 My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.

As we are continually reminded of our haunting past and painful present, thank you Lord for thy strengthening grace. Even though the thorn in our life may remain I know your comforting grace is all we need. Amen.

11. GOD’S GOODNESS IS ENOUGH

Psalm 34:10 but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.

How often we seek the pleasures of this world and trust in our abilities. Even the lions suffer hunger. Father, help us to seek You more intimately and know that we will lack no good things for us is the Lion of Judah.

12. PROMISE KEEPER

Psalm 105 :8 He has remembered his covenant forever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.

Faithful Lord, you are a covenant keeper and will never forget the promises towards us. You vow to remember your love to a 1000 generations.AMEN!

13. GOD OVER OUR NEEDS

Luke 12 :22 Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on

Help us to trust in your promises that you will provide our earthly necessities, all things richly to enjoy. You are our Jehovah -Jireh (Our Provider). Amen

14. GOD’S PEACE IS ENOUGH 

Philippians 4 :6 Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

We know that we can approach you with our requests with a grateful heart. Help us to remember that the joy we have in You is more than enough over our stresses. Amen

15. GOD IS MY REWARD

Genesis 15 :1 Fear not, _________: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.

Father, as I fear over the repeated disappointments that continue to knock me down. Remind me that You are my reward and will shield me from every humiliation and hurts.
